Topographical Surveys

This type of survey provides a detailed drawing of a plot of land. Be it a private garden, building site or agricultural land, we can accurately show the level of the land, changes of slope, the layout of the vegetation and the positioning of existing buildings. We can detail any ground feature for example: manhole covers, gullys, street furniture and surface changes. We can also show the exact location of trees and include their spread, height and species. With the amount of detail that can be depicted in a topographical drawing, conducting a survey of this type can have a really positive impact on a project. ‘Topos’ provide an accurate and informative perspective on one’s land. Measured has the technology to provide the drawing in a format of your choice. It would be provided on an arbitrary grid although, on request, we have the ability to detail how the land relates to a local co-ordinate system or Ordnance Survey grid.
